How this estimate works
Vendors on Bali Weddings can publish the price range their packages actually start and top out at. For each category and tier above, we average those listed ranges — so the numbers move as vendors update their pricing, and a tier only appears when at least one listed vendor has published a range for it. That’s also why some categories show “request quotes”: plenty of excellent Bali caterers, planners and florists price every wedding individually and don’t publish rates. For those, budget conversations happen on enquiry — our vendor directory lets you contact them directly.
Two things this tool deliberately does not do: it doesn’t scale by guest count (catering and venue costs vary enormously per head by menu and site, and no listed per-guest rates exist yet), and it doesn’t include travel, accommodation, attire or rings. Treat the total as the core vendor-team estimate, not the whole wedding.
