What we list
Bali Weddings is an independent directory of real wedding venues across Bali's main areas. As of the last update we list 186 venues, each with a working official website and confirmed contact details. We add venues on merit — there is no fee to be listed.
What "verified" means (and doesn't)
For every venue we confirm, from the venue's own website and the open web, that:
- it is a real, operating business with a live official website;
- it hosts weddings and is located in one of the Bali areas we cover;
- its contact details and address match its own published information;
- there are no credible scam or fraud reports, and no pattern of serious unresolved complaints (such as taking deposits and disappearing), as of the date we checked.
"Verified" means we did this presence-and-reputation check — it is not an endorsement, a guarantee of service quality, or a recommendation. A normal mix of positive and negative reviews does not disqualify a venue; only credible fraud or overwhelmingly negative reputation does. Always do your own due diligence and use secure payment methods before booking.
Where the information comes from
Details are taken from each venue's own official website and publicly available sources. We write our own short, original summary ("Editor's take") for each venue — we do not copy marketing copy. We never invent a phone number, email, address or any other detail; if something can't be verified, we leave it blank rather than guess.
Photos
Where possible each listing shows the venue's own photograph from its official website, credited to the venue and used to help couples find them. Where no own-site photo is available we show a neutral representative image that is clearly not presented as the venue's own. Any venue that would like its photo changed or removed can contact us and we will action it promptly.
Independence & "Featured"
Browse and search results are shown in a neutral order — we do not sell ranking. Any "Featured" badge is assigned editorially, not paid for. This page exists so you know exactly what our listings mean.
Ratings & reviews
Star ratings and guest reviews are coming. Until then, each listing links you to the venue directly so you can read current reviews at the source.
