What this site is
Bali Weddings is an independent directory that lists wedding vendors operating in and around Bali, Indonesia, so couples can find and contact them. We are not a wedding planning agency, a booking agent, or a party to any agreement you make with a vendor. See our methodology page for how listings are compiled and verified.
Listings are informational, not a guarantee
We take reasonable steps to verify that listed vendors are real, operating businesses with accurate contact details, as described on our methodology page. However:
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing, including pricing, availability, or photographs.
- A listing is not an endorsement, certification, or guarantee of a vendor's service quality.
- Prices, availability and other details shown are provided by or gathered about the vendor and can change without notice — always confirm directly with the vendor before booking or paying anything.
Inquiries and bookings
When you send an inquiry through the site, we forward it to the vendor so they can respond to you directly. Any resulting communication, quote, contract, deposit, or booking is strictly between you and the vendor. We are not a party to that agreement and have no responsibility for a vendor's performance, pricing, cancellation policy, or dispute resolution. Use secure payment methods and normal caution before sending any vendor money.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bali Weddings is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, your reliance on any listing, or your dealings with any vendor found through the site. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Reviews
Where reviews are enabled, they should reflect a genuine experience with the vendor. We may moderate, decline to publish, or remove reviews that appear fabricated, abusive, or otherwise violate these terms.
Vendor accounts
Vendors that create an account to manage a listing are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit and agree not to post false, misleading, or infringing content. We may edit, unpublish, or remove a listing at our discretion, including where we can no longer verify a business or where we receive credible reports of fraud.
Intellectual property
Site design, original written content, and the Bali Weddings name and logo belong to us. Vendor names, logos and photographs remain the property of their respective owners and are used to help identify and promote their listing.
Corrections and removal
If you run a listed business and want your listing corrected, updated, or removed, contact us and we'll action it promptly — see our contact page.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
