How far in advance should I book a Bali wedding venue?
Popular venues, especially for peak season (roughly April to October) Saturdays, are often booked 9-12 months or more ahead. Off-peak and weekday dates can sometimes be secured with a few months' notice.
What happens if it rains on my ceremony day?
A properly prepared venue will have a specific covered or indoor backup space, not just a vague promise. Always confirm this in writing before booking, especially for a wet-season date.
Can I bring my own vendors, or must I use the venue's in-house team?
It varies by venue — some are fully exclusive, some fully open, many sit in between with an approved-vendor list. Confirm this and any associated fees before you fall in love with a space.
