Bali Decor Rental operates from a warehouse/showroom in Denpasar and positions itself as a full-service event rental house with over 1,000 curated items spanning furniture, tableware, textiles, lighting, and structural pieces like arches and pergolas. Weddings are a stated core use case alongside corporate and private events, and the Instagram presence shows consistent professional styling content. The minimum order threshold (Rp 750,000) and emphasis on luxury furniture suggest a mid-to-premium rental tier rather than budget hire. The business appears well-established with both an owned website and a strong Bridestory listing.

A florist arranges flowers; a decorator builds the structural and ambient elements — arches, draping, lighting, furniture, tablescapes. In Bali these roles overlap often, so clarify who covers what in writing.
Experienced decorators anchor or weight structural elements (arches, backdrops) against wind, especially at clifftop and beachfront venues, and choose materials that hold up in humidity. Ask directly how they plan for this.
Rental is faster and cheaper but limited to existing inventory. Custom-build costs more and takes longer but gives you a distinctive look. Many couples mix both — custom for one or two hero elements, rental for the rest.
