One Eleven is a boutique complex of nine adult-only pool villas in the heart of Seminyak, positioned as a luxury intimate-events venue rather than a large-scale wedding operation. The services page explicitly names weddings as a use case for full-villa exclusive hire (up to 18 guests), coordinated by an in-house event team. Pricing is not published; all packages are by inquiry only, which is consistent with the bespoke villa-hire model. The property has been operating long enough to appear on Michelin Guide's hotel listings and has an active social media presence dating to at least 2019.
A wedding in Seminyak usually means a whole guest list looking for rooms. BaliHotels.com keeps a current, area-by-area breakdown you can send straight to your guests.

Popular venues, especially for peak season (roughly April to October) Saturdays, are often booked 9-12 months or more ahead. Off-peak and weekday dates can sometimes be secured with a few months' notice.
A properly prepared venue will have a specific covered or indoor backup space, not just a vague promise. Always confirm this in writing before booking, especially for a wet-season date.
It varies by venue — some are fully exclusive, some fully open, many sit in between with an approved-vendor list. Confirm this and any associated fees before you fall in love with a space.
