Sandat Floral draws its name from the ylang ylang flower used in Balinese ceremony, which signals genuine cultural grounding rather than generic tropical tourism aesthetics. Their Instagram portfolio shows a confident mix of classic and contemporary styles — burgundy and plum bouquets alongside tropical orchid installations — suggesting they can adapt to a range of wedding visions. With explicit pricing starting at USD $3,000 and a recommendation to book 8 months out, they position clearly in the luxury tier. The whatsnewindonesia editorial listing notes their ability to source flowers globally, which is meaningful in a market where local availability can be limiting.

Delicate imported flowers can, if not handled carefully. Local tropical blooms like frangipani, orchids, and heliconia hold up much better. A good florist manages timing and staging to protect either.
Generally yes — locally-grown flowers avoid import costs and cold-chain freight, and tend to arrive fresher. Ask your florist for the local-vs-imported cost breakdown on your proposal.
Around 4-6 months for a standard package, and 8-12 months if you want a large-scale installation or a specific imported flower during peak season.
