Vittoria Catering Bali is the project of chef Michele and wedding stylist Christalia. Michele brings 19 years of culinary experience; Christalia brings the styling. For the past three years they have catered weddings, recovery parties, villa parties and private events across Bali from their base in Canggu.
Their speciality is food as part of the event rather than a buffet at the back of the room: live cooking stations and styled grazing tables, set up where guests gather and cooked in front of them.
They run eight live stations, which couples can mix to suit the day:
• Pasta Party Corner
• Pizza Live Baking
• Salumeria – Grilled Panini
• The Bun Project
• Salad Bar
• Sweet & Savory Station
• Grazing Delights
• Smoothie Bowls & Fresh Juices
Every station is customisable, and the luxury grazing tables work as a welcome spread, a cocktail-hour centrepiece or the main event.
Recovery parties are a particular strength. If you're hosting guests for a few days, a relaxed day-after lunch with pizza and grazing is an easy way to see everyone once more before they fly home.
Vittoria hasn't published package prices, as menus are built per event. Send an enquiry with your date, guest count and the stations you like, and Michele and Christalia will put together a quote.

Questions to Ask Caterers in Bali
Can Bali caterers handle allergies and dietary restrictions?
Many can, but never assume — confirm directly and in writing, and ask specifically how they prevent cross-contamination, not just whether they can substitute an ingredient.
What's the difference between plated, buffet, and family-style service?
Plated is the most formal and controlled; buffet gives guests choice and suits larger groups; family-style is communal and warm but needs careful portioning. Each has real cost and logistics trade-offs.
Can I bring my own wine or spirits?
Depends on the caterer or venue's corkage policy — some allow it for a per-bottle fee, others restrict it entirely. Ask before assuming.
Mimpi Catering Bali stands out for offering a bundled approach — dining, decor, drinks, and event coordination under one roof — which is unusual for a catering-first company and reduces the vendor-coordination burden for destination couples.
Vivre Catering is one of the more institutionally credible options in the Bali catering market — a decade-plus operation with a purpose-built commercial kitchen and verifiable BWA membership sets them apart from pop-up competitors.
Bali Good Food Catering is one of the more tenured catering operations on the island, with a culinary team that has stayed intact for over two decades — an unusual marker of stability in Bali's high-turnover hospitality sector.
Kaminari Catering is the events arm of a well-established Bali Japanese restaurant group with multiple branded venues, which gives it more culinary infrastructure than a standalone caterer.
